How I help
I cut through to what actually matters. While others manage symptoms, I find root causes. Empathy helps me understand the real issues; pragmatism helps me solve them.
I translate across worlds. Leadership teams, project sponsors, developers, clients, vendors—I make sure everyone's talking about the same thing.
I have a bias to action. Complex problems become clear, achievable tasks. Then we actually do them.
I enable others to excel. Not because I do everything, but because I make it possible for everyone to do their best work.
